Office: in-depth carpet cleaning

Focus on how and why you should use the injection/extraction technique.

Why in-depth cleaning is necessary at the office.

Although your office carpets can mostly be kept clean with vacuuming and localised cleaning, in-depth cleaning helps to prolong your flooring's lifespan. Why is it important? Quite simply because it will avoid you having to change your office flooring so soon, or on the other hand keeping a carpet in poor condition for years on end.

You have two options as regards the injection/extraction process: periodic maintenance - dedicated to treating higher-volume traffic areas - and heavy-duty maintenance, known as "renovation" cleaning, where the floor's entire surface is treated. Keep in mind that you therefore do not need to empty out your offices each and every time you clean them.

How does injection/extraction work?

The first thing to know is that this operation must be carried out by an experienced professional. It works based on a specific process: hot water is sprayed onto the carpet in such a way that the dirt comes off and is sucked up.

After rinsing, the carpet's residues are eliminated and your office will look as good as new.

Depending on the traffic volumes registered in each room, the frequency of the injection/extraction process may look something like this:
- High-volume traffic: Twice a year
- Normal traffic: Once a year
- Low-volume traffic: once every 2 to 4 years depending on how much the premises are used.
