For more than ten years, Balsan has been developing efficient recycling programs to reduce landfill disposal and promote material recovery. Recycling is fully aligned with our vision of a circular economy, where waste becomes a resource.

Our efforts are based on both internal initiatives and strategic partnerships within the textile industry.

Our commitments:

- Target of a 50% increase in waste recycling

- Recycling of production scraps using the Econyl® process

- Recovery of end-of-life tiles and carpets

- Local and nonprofit partnerships for reuse and donations

- External audit of the waste management system to improve overall performance

- Reduction of logistics volumes to limit carbon emissions
