The 450 flats provide accommodation for almost 600 students in a responsible environment. The City functions like a city, with a restaurant, a cinema and a sports hall to name but a few. All these spaces required special attention during the design phase, particularly with regard to limiting noise pollution from the spaces between the dwellings. Students must be able to live and study in peace and quiet, without being disturbed.
Each floor has its own colour. The carpet chosen by the interior designer is a Balsan Take a Walk tile. All the corridors were created in 4 special colours.
