• The building has been awarded the following green credentials: Amundi Immobilier's third building to be labelled BBC (low-energy building), guaranteed carbon offset, with HQE certification (High Environmental Quality) and BREEAM, with a "green" award,
• Total surface area of site: 5 000 m². A site of more than 7 acres located in an eco-quarter bringing together all the complexities of a pilot urban project for sustainable development,
• Contemporary architectural design characterised by the building's clean lines that echo the industrial heritage of the site,
• Open-spaces for 300 workstations can be divided into small units or in large, landscaped spaces to be occupied by the company Syndex.
