• The hotel former named as Hotel Zandbergen has to be restyled and need to get a new position in the local hotel market in Amsterdam,
• In a period of 3 months, all rooms and two new rooms, had a soft refurbishment and the lobby is transformed into a bright and pleasant living room, the Living Room,
• The hotel has got a new corporate identity matching the new look & feel,
• The hotel is called from december 2013 Hotel The neighbour's Magnolia, named after the gorgeous tree behind the property.
