• 100-metre high building, with 23 floors and a total surface area of 42 000 m², which replaced the former EDF tour, destroyed in 2007 because of asbestos,

• The Sequana Tour was awarded the "Grand Prix Eco Building Performance" in the Very Tall Building category,
• The ambitious architecture has a futuristic style with an emphasis on curves and reflections, like the Seine Ouest project.
